Bay East Garden is currently undergoing development, in tandem with Founders’ Memorial, and is temporarily closed to the public. However, visitors can still access the promenade and the area beneath the Benjamin Sheares Bridge.

Stop by the hoarding exhibition by Yip Yew Chong, where it showcases 10 curated scenes from the monumental 60-metre canvas, "I Paint my Singapore." Each scene is a portal, transporting you back to the 1970s and 1980s, a pivotal period in Singapore's coastal and civic development.
