Learn about basic botanical concepts
Children will have the opportunity to explore the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest to learn basic botanical concepts. They will be introduced to non-native plants such as kangaroo paw, butterwort and begonia and learn about their parts and functions.
They will learn:
- To identify living and non-living things
- To recognise the various parts of a plant and understand their functions
- To recognise the unique features of different plants
