- To qualify as a valid entry,
- All entries are to be submitted between 17 April to 12 May 2025, 2359 hours SGT.
- All participating entries must include the hashtags #gardensbythebay #TulipmaniaGBB #TurkishAirlines #TurkishAirlinesHolidays and submit as an Instagram post.
- Instagram account must be public to be viewable by Gardens by the Bay.
- The entries will be judged based on the Instagram post submitted and best entry will be selected, and one winner will receive a pair of return tickets with Turkish Airlines from Singapore to Turkiye.
- The contest is open to Singapore Residents only. Singapore resident refers to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, as well as those living in Singapore, including Employment Pass, Work Permit and Dependent Pass holders.
- Employees of Gardens by the Bay, Turkish Airlines and vendors are not eligible to enter the contest.
- The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
- Turkish Airlines & Gardens by the Bay will not be responsible for entries not received for any reason.
- Flight tickets must be issued by 31 August 2025 and travel period is till 31 December 2025. Confirmation of booking is subject to availability and is not applicable during peak periods, including national school holidays season and public holidays.
- Ticket(s) is excluding applicable taxes and surcharges. Applicable taxes and surcharges to be paid fully by the prize winner.
- Winners will be notified via private message on Instagram. Should there be no response from the winners within 2 working days, the prize will be given to the next best entry.
- Gardens by the Bay and Turkish Airlines reserve the right to change any terms of the contest without prior notice and to substitute any prize with one of similar value.
- By taking part in this contest, you understand and accept without condition that Gardens by the Bay and Turkish Airlines may elect to use your personal information contained herein for internal marketing purposes in a manner it deems fit whilst according to your privacy or confidentiality with the highest priority.
- By taking part in this contest, you consent to having your photo entries used for advertising, publicity and editorial purposes of you and minors for whom you are responsible. Such images will be the exclusive property of Gardens by the Bay and Turkish Airlines, and you agree to the free publication and/or use in any form or media whatsoever of such images and videos, without payment or compensation. You may withdraw your consent at any moment by contacting our staff through our Websites, and we shall remove such images from our publicity materials as soon as practicable.
- Gardens by the Bay and Turkish Airlines shall not be held liable in the event that the contest is terminated or scaled-down or otherwise modified for any reason or cause beyond the control of the company.
- This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and/or Instagram. Except for any liability that is stated by the law, Gardens by the Bay and Facebook and/or Instagram (including their respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for, and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the organiser's control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access of third party interference; (c) any entry that is later, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (e) taking of free tickets.
