- The contest is open to all Singapore residents, 18 years old and above, with the exception of staff from Gardens by the Bay as well as their immediate family members.
- Singapore resident refers to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, as well as those living in Singapore, including Employment Pass, Work Permit and Dependent Pass holders.
- “Immediate family members” refer to spouses, children, parents, and siblings.
- To qualify as a valid entry,
- All entries are to be submitted between 4 Sep to 22 Sep 2024, 2359 hours SGT.
- All participating entries must include the hashtags #MidAutumnGBB #MidAutumnFestival #gardensbythebay, and submitted as an Instagram post.
- Instagram account must be public to be viewable by Gardens by the Bay.
- Only one entry is allowed per person. Repeated entries will not be considered.
- The entries will be judged based on the Instagram post submitted and the winner will be picked based on the most creative or captivating photo of the lantern display set. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
- There will be a total of 20 winners for this contest. Each winner will receive a set of exclusive Mid-Autumn Festival 2024 merchandise designed by local art illustrator - Mr Lee Kow Fong (also known as 阿果) which consists of 1 totebag, 1 zipper pouch and 1 sticker pack.
- Prizes are non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- By participating, the participant is indicating his/ her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Winners will be notified via private message on Instagram. Should there be no response from the winner within 2 working days, the prize will be given to the next best entry.
- By taking part in this contest, you understand and accept without condition that Gardens by the Bay may elect to use your personal information contained herein for internal marketing purposes in a manner it deems fit whilst according to your privacy or confidentiality with the highest priority.
- By taking part in this contest, you consent to having your photo entry used for advertising, publicity and editorial purposes of you and minors for whom you are responsible. Such images will be the exclusive property of Gardens by the Bay and you agree to the free publication and/or use in any form or media whatsoever of such images and videos, without payment or compensation. You may withdraw your consent at any moment by contacting our staff through our Website, and we shall remove such images from our publicity materials as soon as practicable.
