BioBlitz 2025

Gear up to explore and document all the awesome wildlife around in Gardens by the Bay!

Join us as a citizen scientist for this exciting event, bringing together nature lovers, researchers, and volunteers to explore the incredible biodiversity of Gardens by the Bay!

Take part in the Gardens’ first bioblitz, a fun wildlife survey to document as many fauna as possible across the entire Gardens over a weekend! Members of public (no expertise required!) get to experience how biodiversity surveys are carried out, appreciate the Gardens’ urban biodiversity while learning from experts through both day and, for the first time, night surveys.  Alternatively, simply drop by to check out the outreach booths of our partners to find out more about Singapore’s biodiversity. Perfect for families, students, and nature enthusiasts of all ages this March holidays!

In collaboration with the Bird Society of Singapore, Herpetological Society of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University Tropical Ecology and Entomology Laboratory (Asia School of the Environment), WWF Singapore and our own Gardens’ volunteer, the bioblitz will contribute to the Gardens’ conservation efforts. This programme is also supported by SG Eco Fund and students from the Master of Science (Environmental Management) in National University of Singapore.
