- Offer is valid for purchases 1 July 2024 – 30 April 2025.
- This promotion is valid only for direct purchases on-site ticketing counters located at Gardens by the Bay.
- Purchase is limited to 8 Singapore Resident admission tickets per transaction.
- Singapore Resident refers to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, as well as those living in Singapore, including Employment Pass, Work Permit and Dependent Pass holders.
- Singapore Residents may be required to present proof of residency for admission.
- Payment must be made with a valid OCBC Credit or Debit Card.
- Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, membership privileges, promotions or vouchers.
- Re-entry is not allowed.
- Admission tickets may not be, resold or duplicated and may only be used once.
- Each ticket admits one (1) pax.
- Admission tickets are not valid for special events that is priced separately.
- Admission to Gardens by the Bay is subject to Park Rules and Regulations which are displayed at the entrances and/or other appropriate locations of Gardens by the Bay.
- Gardens by the Bay is not responsible and does not assume any liability for any damage or loss you may incur, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise.
- Gardens by the Bay may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation or any liability, change the operating hours, close and/or restrict admission to the Cloud Forest due to capacity, inclement weather, special events or other reasons.
- Please note that closure dates apply for all Attractions. Please check the Attraction's closure dates on our website.
- Gardens by the Bay reserves the right to amend or add to the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- OCBC reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the promotion or vary, delete or add to the promotion, or any of these terms and conditions, at any time without notice including without limitation, the dates of the promotion.
- OCBC and Gardens by the Bay shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the promotion or any product/service relating to the promotion. Notwithstanding anything herein, neither OCBC nor Gardens by the Bay shall at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any product or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of the promotion, or any product/service relating to the promotion, by any person.
- OCBC’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by OCBC. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and each participant in the promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
