Discover the many colours in a garden

Children will have the opportunity to explore the outdoor gardens to learn about colours by observing plants. They will be introduced to selected primary and secondary colours and take part in hands-on play with their caregivers to create flowers using magnetic tiles.

They will learn:

  • To identify selected primary and secondary colours in the plant world
  • To observe their surroundings to discover plants of different colours
  • How to listen for information and follow verbal instructions
  • To coordinate and control their hand muscles
