Our complimentary 2-hour parking via Contactless Carpark Entry system accords free parking to members via automated recognition of car IU. It is applicable for our Main Entrance, The Meadow, Satay by the Bay or Bayfront Plaza car parks.

To apply, simply access your account through our web link at friends.gardensbythebay.com.sg or download the Gardens by the Bay mobile app, click “Member”, “Membership Profile”, and submit both your Vehicle Plate numbers and IU numbers. Please allow one (1) day to update the vehicle details to our car park system. In the interim period, you may redeem a physical 2-hour car park coupon for one-time use from Ticketing Counter 4 at The Canopy.
