Gift of Gardens is Gardens by the Bay's community outreach initiative that provides free access to Gardens by the Bay conservatories for Singapore Residents who may not otherwise have the opportunity to visit, such as those who lack the resources or individuals with disabilities. In addition, Gift of Gardens also offers invitations to programmes such as community festivals & events, and educational activities at the Gardens.
Gardens by the Bay offers free admission to the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest for the disadvantaged and persons with disabilities. Discounted tickets are offered for caregivers/ volunteers/ staff accompanying the beneficiaries on the visit.
Social Service Agencies (SSAs) that provide direct social services to beneficiaries are eligible for free admission for their beneficiaries if they are:
While caregivers/ volunteers/ staff accompanying beneficiaries on organised visits are not eligible for free admission, they can enjoy a 50% discount on admission tickets capped at one caregiver/ volunteer/ staff per beneficiary.
Social Service Agencies (SSAs) will need to log in to the Gift of Gardens Partners Portal with their account and submit a Visit Booking at least 7 working days before the planned visit. Eligible SSAs may sign up for an account as a Gift of Gardens Partner on the portal. Registration takes 3-7 working days to process.
Confirmation of the number of beneficiaries and caregivers/ volunteers/ staff for the visit is required to process your Visit Booking. Please submit your Visit Booking at least 7 working days before your planned visit to ensure the booking is processed in time.
For large-scale visits of more than 100 guests, we recommend splitting them into smaller groups and staggering their entry times throughout the day. For best experience, avoid peak periods such as weekends, school holidays and public holidays.
Discounted tickets for accompanying caregivers/ volunteers/ staff must be booked through the Visit Booking Form. Please present the Visit Confirmation Email at The Canopy Ticketing Centre (Ticketing Counter 4) located outside Flower Dome on the day of the visit to purchase onsite. Payment can be made via cash, NETS or Credit/ Debit Card.
The tickets grant the beneficiaries and caregivers/ volunteers/ staff access to the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest as selected at the point of Visit Booking. Access to the Outdoor Gardens is free, except OCBC Skyway and Supertree Observatory. You may find more information on attractions here.
Social Service Agencies (SSAs) will need to arrange transport for beneficiaries to Gardens by the Bay.
Visitors may alight from chartered buses at the Main Entrance Drop-off. The Flower Dome is a 5-minute walk from the Coach Bay, connected via a sheltered walkway.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide guided tours due to limited resources and the high volume of visit bookings. Social Service Agencies can, however, engage their own volunteers to host and conduct simple activities to deepen their engagement with the beneficiaries at the visit. Wheelchairs are available for rent at $2 per day on a first-come-first-served basis from various locations across the Gardens listed here. Rental locations nearest to the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest are at The Canopy Ticketing Counter and Arrival Gift Shop.
We have a wide range of dining options available within Gardens by the Bay listed here. Presently, halal-certified/ muslim-owned dining options include McDonald's, Jurassic Nest (Bismillah Briyani, Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang) and Satay by the Bay (selected stalls).
If you are bringing your own food, the open space next to the Flower Dome entrance overlooking Marina Reservoir serves as a seating area that organised groups and members of the public can rest and gather.

To support the needs of visitors on the autism spectrum, Flower Dome will open an hour earlier on the last Saturday of every alternate month under the Quiet Morning programme, with operations tweaked (for example, with music and announcements muted). The experience will conclude with a nature-themed workshop in a quiet space.
The Quiet Morning programme is tailored for children on the autism spectrum. Social service agencies (SSAs) eligible for the Gift of Gardens programme and are serving children with autism are welcome to organise a group visit on the Quiet Morning programme for beneficiaries and their families.
